This project involves a Masterplan for an increased enrolment from 400 to 1640 students and the design and construction of the initial stage of permanent facilities.
Understanding of educational briefs, Government funding regulations and Local Authorities’ requirements resulted in approval of the masterplan for site development.
Bellfield College was established in 2007 and grew to 400 students accommodated in demountable facilities prior to the construction of the Stage 1 building.
General Learning spaces, Resource Centre, some specialist and multi-purpose facilities have been provided for in the first stage of permanent accommodation and the College population now exceeds 600 enrolments.
The College has adopted a principle for Teaching and Learning facilities to accommodate the needs of both individual classroom teaching and open space required for collaborative learning settings in a group teaching environment.
