Alleanza were commissioned to design this penthouse apartment on top of a heritage building in the heart of Newcastle (formerly the home of the Newcastle Herald newspaper). The brief was to examine the potential for a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with lift access and a home office.

Alleanza designed and documented the project to obtain development approval. The penthouse was part of a larger apartment complex on the site developed by EG Funds and designed by Fender Katsalidis Mirams. The project has now been completed.
