The Randwick Residence comprised an addition and restoration to an existing period-home. The new works were designed to contrast and synthesize with the existing period of architecture. Materials for the modern extension were zinc cladding, polished concrete and exposed brick and were selected not only to juxtapose but also to complement the existing house.
